About Surabhi Agarwal
Jewellery has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Coming from a family with over a century of experience in the industry, I grew up understanding not just the beauty of a piece — but the craftsmanship, expertise, and trust behind it.
My own path, however, began outside the industry. After years in the corporate world and building businesses alongside my husband, I developed a deeper appreciation for what customers truly value — clarity, confidence, and honest guidance.
Over time, I noticed that most people found jewellery buying overwhelming. From understanding quality and pricing to choosing pieces they would genuinely wear and cherish, the journey often felt more confusing than enjoyable.
Rubeli was created to change that. By combining generations of jewellery expertise with a customer-first approach, our mission is to make jewellery more transparent, accessible, and meaningful — helping people buy with confidence and wear their pieces with joy.

Every Rubeli piece begins as a conversation. Then a sketch. Then stone selection — where we hand-pick every diamond and gemstone for cut, colour, and character. Then setting, polishing, and a quality check that can take longer than the making itself.
Our craftsmen have been doing this for decades. Some of them learned from my grandfather. This is not production. This is practice — refined over generations.
